ok, installed gentoo to start as an environment to build from. Sometimes i like to play a game now and then while i work, or listen to some music, and its nice if i reboot all my stuff is as i left it. I don’t have to re-setup anything. Using a livecd didn’t give me that luxury.
I left a couple empty partitions for the new OS build. One i’m going to be workin on a livecd, the other is where i’ll make a full out version of my stuff.
but first, i gotta finish installing my email client so that i can see what messages i missed
